Terms of Service

Last updated October 25, 2026

These terms are between you and Sorrentino L.L.C., a California company, which runs The Owner's Page. By joining the waitlist or using the app you agree to them.

The service

The Owner's Page reads the business files you give it, shows you what you're missing, drafts posts and messages, and publishes or sends them through accounts you connect, only after you approve. Numbers in the app are estimates based on your files and are not financial advice.

Your account

You need to be 18 or older and running a real business. Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what is approved and sent from your account.

Your content and your customers

Your files, posts and customer lists stay yours. You give us permission to use them only to run the app for you. You confirm you have the right to contact the customers you upload and that your messages follow the law, including CAN-SPAM for email and TCPA for texts. The app adds an unsubscribe line to marketing emails and honors opt outs.

Connected platforms

When you connect Instagram, Facebook, Google, TikTok, Gmail, Outlook or others, you also follow their rules. If a platform changes or limits its access, some features may stop working.

Price and billing

The plan is $20 a month unless we tell you otherwise before you pay. It renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel any time in the app and keep access until the end of the month you paid for. We don't give partial refunds unless the law requires it. We will tell you at least 30 days before any price change.

Things you can't do

Don't use the app to send spam, post anything illegal or misleading, break someone else's rights, or try to break or copy the app.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep the app running and accurate, but it is provided as is. We don't promise any sales result. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Ending

You can stop using the app any time. We can suspend accounts that break these terms. When an account closes we delete its data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Law

California law applies. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California.
