Privacy Policy

The Owner's Page is run by Sorrentino L.L.C., a California company ("we", "us"). This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. If anything here is unclear, write to hello@theownerspage.com.

What we collect

• Waitlist. Your email, the kind of business you run, the tools you picked, and where you came from (for example which video or link sent you). We also record your country from your connection and the time you signed up.
• Files you upload. Sales, customer and booking files you drop into the app so it can show you what you're missing.
• Accounts you connect. If you connect Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, TikTok, Gmail, Outlook or a text service, we receive the access those services let you grant, such as the ability to publish a post you approved or send an email you approved, and basic profile details like your page name.
• Usage. Simple records of what you clicked inside the app so we can fix problems.

How we use it

• To run the app for you: build your Today page, draft posts and messages, and send or publish only what you approve.
• To email you about the waitlist and your account. You can unsubscribe from any email.
• To understand which businesses sign up so we can make the product better.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your customers' data to advertise to them or anyone else. Nothing is posted, sent or charged without you pressing a button that says so.

Google user data

The Owner's Page's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google data only to show and publish to your Google Business Profile and to send the emails you approve from your Gmail. We do not use it for ads, we do not sell it, and people do not read it unless you ask us to for support, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.

Meta and TikTok data

Data from Instagram, Facebook and TikTok is used only to publish the posts you approve and to show you how they did. We follow the Meta Platform Terms and the TikTok Developer Terms.

Who we share with

Only the services that help us run the app, such as hosting (Cloudflare), payments (Stripe) and email delivery, and only what they need to do that job. We will share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Waitlist details stay until you ask us to remove them or we close the waitlist. Account data stays while your account is open and is deleted within 30 days after you close it, except where we must keep billing records.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. See Delete my data. If you live in California you have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete, and we will not treat you differently for using them.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access keys for connected accounts are stored encrypted and can be removed by disconnecting the account in the app or at the service itself.

Kids

The Owner's Page is for business owners and is not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for big changes, email you.
